How do I get help?

For you convenience, we have provided several ways to contact our support staff. All requests are handled in the same manner, regardless of their origin.

To get help from our support staff, you can choose to:

  • Submit the Help Center request form
  • Use an app's "Support" button
  • Send us an email

Help Center Request Form

Our Help Center has a form that you can fill out and submit to contact our support staff. Optionally, you may use your Point Blue account to sign in to this Help Center and submit your request.

  1. Use the "Submit a request" link at the top of this page.
  2. Fill out and submit the request form.
  3. Check your email for a submission confirmation. If you are a new user, you will be provided with further instructions to finish submitting your request.

App "Support" button

Some of our apps provided a "Support" button at the bottom right of the page. If you see this button in the app you're using, help is right at your finger tips.

  1. Click the "Support" button at the bottom right of the app page.
  2. Fill out and submit the request form.
  3. Check your email for a submission confirmation. If you are a new user, you will be provided with further instructions to finish submitting your request.

Email

You can send an email to our support address to contact our support staff.

  1. Address your email to: support@pointbluehelp.zendesk.com
  2. Include a helpful subject and message.
  3. Check your email for a submission confirmation. If you are a new user, you will be provided with further instructions to finish submitting your request.
