Use this Help Center with your Point Blue account

As a Point Blue Staff user, you can use this Help Center with the same account used on your work computer. This provides benefits to staff, including:

  • No additional account or password to manage
  • Secure interaction with support staff

To use this Help Center with your Point Blue account, it must first be synced with Google. If you've changed your work password after Nov 18, 2015, this has already been done for you. If not, please contact ithelpdesk@eiscg.com for help syncing your Point Blue account with Google.

Sign into the Help Center with your Point Blue Account

  1. Click 'Sign in' button at the top of this page.
  2. Select the 'Sign in with Google' option on the left of the pop-up that appears. If you are not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so. Be sure to use your Point Blue email and password for this.
  3. The first time you sign in, you will be prompted with a request to share your Google information with our Help Center. Please respond in the affirmative to these prompts.
